HENNESSY ZODIAC COCKTAILS
HENNESSY GINGER
Hennessy and Ginger is the right drink for any time of the day or evening. The spice of the ginger ale brings out the natural spice of Hennessy.
45 ml Hennessy V.S.O.P
105 ml Ginger Ale
1 Lime Wedge
Optional: Candied ginger slices
Step 1: Pour Hennessy and ginger ale into a balloon glass with ice.
Step 2: Garnish with a lime wedge and/or fresh candied ginger slices.
HENNESSY PALOMA
Made with Hennessy V.S.O.P, this easy to make cocktail is light and sparkling, with a refreshing touch of grapefruit.
55 ml Hennessy V.S.O.P
20 ml Fresh grapefruit juice
55 ml Soda water
5 ml Agave syrup
1 Grapefruit wedge
Step 1: Add all ingredients to a collins glass with ice.
Step 2: Give a quick stir to combine.
Step 3: Garnish with grapefruit wedge.
HENNESSY MULE COCKTAIL
This classic cocktail gets a flavour spike from Hennessy.
45 ml Hennessy V.S.O.P
100 ml Ginger beer
1 Lime Wedge and or fresh ginger slices
Step 1: Pour the Hennessy and ginger ale into a Rocks glass with ice.
Step 2: Garnish with a wedge of lime or fresh ginger slices. Or both!
HENNESSY BERRY
Simple to make, easy to enjoy. Hennessy, with its rich fruit and subtle spice, cranberry's refreshing tang, and sweet pineapple come together perfectly.
40 ml Hennessy V.S.O.P
45 ml Cranberry juice
Step 1: Pour Hennessy and cranberry into a highball glass with ice.
Step 2: Garnish with a lime wedge.
HENNESSY SODA
This is one of the most enjoyed Hennessy cocktails. It is bright and easy to make. Garnish it with a lemon wedge to make it stand out more.
45 ml Hennessy V.S.O.P
90 ml Soda water
1 Lemon wedge
Step 1: Fill glass with ice.
Step 2: Combine Hennessy and soda water in a highball glass filled with ice.
Step 3: Garnish with a lemon wedge.
HENNESSY PINEAPPLE
Any flavor that goes well with cinnamon will go well with Hennessy. There is no better example than pineapple.
45 ml Hennessy V.S.O.P
105 ml Pineapple Juice
1 Bitters dash
1 Lime wedge or any piece of pineapple
Step 1: Fill a balloon glass with ice, pour in all ingredients
Step 2: Stir to combine.
Step 3: Squeeze lime into drink.
Step 4: Garnish with a lime wedge.
THE PIG COCKTAIL
2 oz Hennessy V.S.O.P cognac
3 oz Club soda
Garnish: Mint Sprig, Apricot slices
Glass: Collins glass
Add all ingredients into a Collins glass with ice, garnish with mint sprig and apricot slices.
THE RAT COCKTAIL
1.5 oz Hennessy V.S.O.P cognac
2 oz Hibiscus tea
Garnish: Hibiscus salt* and hibiscus flower
Glass: Rocks
Spritz the outside of the rocks glass with Hennessy, and shake hibiscus salt over the damp areas. Add all ingredients to the glass with fresh ice and garnish with a hibiscus flower. Add one tablespoon of dried hibiscus flower to a grinder and grind to fine powder; now add ½ tsp fine ground pink salt, and mix together.
THE OX COCKTAIL
1.5 oz Hennessy V.S.O.P cognac
2 oz Lemon soda
Garnish: Slice of white peach, peach flower or orange twist
Glass: Rocks
Pour all ingredients into a rocks glass with ice, stir to combine, and garnish with an orange twist, peach slice or peach flower.
THE TIGER COCKTAIL
1.5 oz Hennessy V.S.O.P cognac
1 Dash Angostura Bitters
3.5 oz Coconut water
Garnish: Orange twist, Daisy flower
Glass: Collins
Pour all ingredients into a Collins glass with ice, stir to combine, and garnish with an orange twist.
THE RABBIT COCKTAIL
1.5 oz Hennessy V.S.O.P cognac
3 oz Milk Oolong tea
Garnish: Lemon twist, narcissus flower
Glass: Collins Glass
Pour all ingredients into a Collins glass with ice, stir to combine, and garnish with a lemon twist and a narcissus flower.
THE DRAGON COCKTAIL
1.5 oz Hennessy V.S.O.P cognac
2 oz Chai Tea
1 oz Milk, or oat milk or almond milk
Garnish: Orange twist, star anise, peony petals
Glass: Collins Glass
Pour all ingredients into a Collins glass with ice, stir to combine, and garnish with an orange twist, star anise, and peony petals.
